The Surrey Heartlands Health and Care Partnership brings together health and care organisations, and wider partners, covering a population of around 1.1 million people.
Our Partnership
One of the first Integrated Care Systems in the country, we have an ambitious vision to improve the health and wellbeing of our local population, with strong local partnerships across our four ‘Places’ – East Surrey, Guildford and Waverley, North West Surrey and Surrey Downs.
