Change of Data Controller for NHS Surrey Heartlands ICB
Information previously held by NHS Surrey Heartlands ICB will transfer to NHS Surrey and Sussex ICB on 1 April 2026.
From that date, NHS Surrey and Sussex ICB will become the data controller. If you have any questions about NHS Surrey and Sussex ICB's use of data, including patient data, you can email our Information Governance team.
