NHS Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care Board Meetings

As we work towards creating a new NHS Surrey and Sussex ICB, from 1st October 2025, NHS Surrey Heartlands ICB and NHS Sussex ICB have been operating under a ICB cluster arrangement.

This means we are working more closely together under a shared senior leadership team, maximising the benefits of our strong foundations and partnerships, whilst remaining statutory organisations as we work towards the planned merger from 1st April 2026. 

As part of our new cluster arrangement, we have aligned our governance arrangements. Our first Board meeting in Common takes place on Wednesday 26 November 2025.
