Guildford and Waverley online GP appointment booking service available

Online GP appointment booking service now available for registered Guildford and Waverley patients.

Procare Health, the GP Federation for Guildford and Waverley, has partnered with Hero Doctors to provide online bookings for GP and nurse appointments under the Improved Access scheme, which offers extra appointments to local practitioners outside usual practice hours. The service runs seven days a week, 365 days a year. As long as a patient is registered with a G&W practice, they can use the online booking service.

Appointments

Patients can book telephone appointments with a GP, including our dedicated appointments for university students.

Patients can book phlebotomy, cervical screening or wound care appointments with nurses or healthcare assistants.

Booking Process

Booking is via the Procare website. At the top right of every page is a button that says Book Now, which takes users to the Hero Health landing page. Next, select a location (the list includes telephone appointments).

A user must create an account to make a booking – a swift process. Afterward, a patient can choose and book an appointment on the system. Patients MUST be registered with a Guildford and Waverley practice to book.

Users are encouraged to keep trying if a suitable appointment is unavailable since appointments are released at regular intervals each day.

Partnering with Hero Doctors has provided Procare with a straightforward booking service for patients across Guildford and Waverley.
