Dr Charlotte Canniff, a GP in North West Surrey and Joint Chief Medical Officer for NHS Surrey Heartlands, said:

We’re very pleased to see that our patients are having a positive experience.

We recognise the significant pressure on primary care services, and our dedicated health and care professionals continue in their efforts to ensure patients receive the care and the service that they need.

These results are a testament to their commitment and hard work.

This feedback also reflects our ongoing efforts to improve primary care access and services across our communities, and we are exceptionally proud to be amongst the top performing Integrated Care Boards in the country.

It is sent to millions of patients aged 16 and over who are registered with a GP practice in England.

Over 11,000 people in Surrey completed the survey which ran between 30 December 2024 and 1 April 2025.
