East Surrey Partnership
The East Surrey Place partnership includes:
- Surrey Heartlands ICB
- Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust
- GP Federations Alliance for Better Care and Dorking Healthcare
- five Primary Care Networks; Horley, North Tandridge, Care Collaborative, Redhill Phoenix and South Tandridge.
- First Community Health and Care (NHS community services)
- Surrey County Council
- Reigate & Banstead Borough Council
- Tandridge District Council
- Surrey And Borders Partnership
- South East Coast Ambulance
- St Catherine’s Hospice
- and other voluntary sector partners.
While many of the partners also deliver services to geographies beyond East Surrey – such as Sussex or other parts of Surrey – this partnership concerns services and outcomes for the population of East Surrey in particular – the geography previously encapsulated by the East Surrey Clinical Commissioning Group.
There will be similar partnerships for other Places and organisations may well be involved in more than partnership.
There are already many examples across East Surrey of teams working together brilliantly across organisations and in partnership with the communities they serve to deliver existing services, design news ones and continuously improve our offer to local people.
Developing East Surrey as a Place will help to build on these successes and help us to tackle current challenges.
Closer working together at Place will enable us to provide joined up services that meet and respond to residents’ needs; enable and empower our residents to create and live healthy lifestyles; and support them to take responsibility for their health and wellbeing.
